Shiping & Return Policies Shipping: We currently offer UPS Ground/Air shipping within the continental US and UPS Air shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, limited USPS shipping to Canada and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to PO, EPS, International PO Boxes, International Couriers and outside of the 50 US states besides Canada. We offer a limited USPS mailing service to APO/ FPO** addresses. Shipping delivery is Monday - Friday, NO WEEKEND, HOLIDAY OR SATURDAY DELIVERIES or special request deliveries. We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses, but the address must be a physical address on file for UPS or FedEx shippings. APO/FPO** and Canadian orders** will be mailed through the USPS only. Please read special information below concerning our extended USPS mail service. ** USPS APO/ FPO mailings are subject to the USPS 703.2.0 Overseas Military Mail Standards. Customers wanting to mail to an APO/ FPO address may place their orders online and choose the APO/FPO shipping method at checkout. BatteryFuel™ policies apply to these orders. **Orders to Canada will only be shipped through the USPS. Please allow betweeen 2-4 weeks for Canadian orders to arrive. Customers are responsible for paying any additional international shipping fees, including duties and tariffs. All orders refused and returned to the wareshouse, will receive a refund of the purchase amount only minus a 25% restocking fee. Canadian orders must use a credit card to purchase (No POs) and all of the billing address and CVV codes must validate within our AVS system before the order will be processed. We do not accept internationally issued credit cards. Your Receipt and Shipping Status is provided via email. You must supply a valid email address at the time of your order to receive this email receipt and order status link. Please click on the link provided in your email for updates to your order and shipping status. Sometimes the availability of an item may change status between the time you place an order and when it is being processed at the warehouse. You may check on the shipping status of you order by clicking on the order status link you receive in your email receipt. Most orders do process within 24 hours of you ordering through our site. However, please allow 24-72 (business) hours for your processed order to complete packaging and shipping pickup times before it is actually shipped if there is an order delay. Once your item is shipped, you can generally expect to receive ground shipping within 6-7 business days from the time of the completed order, but this is not a guarantee only an estimate. Air times depend on the type of air service you choose and are guaranteed unless there are unusual circumstances out of our control which involve the shipping company, holiday delays, weather, or air service/national issues. Shipping & Delivery Times: Our standard method of shipment is UPS Ground, but we reserve the right to ship FedEx or USPS for APO/FPO and Canadian orders. The freight charges vary depending on the geographical location and the weight of the package. To have an item delivered faster, the options of 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day delivery may be selected when placing the order. To determine the estimated arrival date of your order the availability of the item and the shipping option must be considered. Most in stock items will ship same day when ordered before 2:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after 2 PM Central or on Saturdays and Sundays or on Holidays will be shipped the next non-holiday business day. Ground: 3-Day Delivery: 2-Day Delivery: Next Day Delivery: APO/FPO Canada Special Shipping Notes: We reserve the right to limit orders that requset shipping to a Hotel Address. We will call the Hotel to verify that the shipping/billing customer is a current hotel guest as we recommend that the customer contact their credit card company and have this address added to their account. We reserve the right to not ship to addresses that are different than the billing address if not verifiable. To help avoid delays when a shipping address is different than the billing address, customers should consider contacting their credit card company prior to placeing an order and have the shipping address added to the account as an authorized alternative shipping address. BatteryFuel™ is not responsible for delays on shipping due to an incorrect address, or UPS/FedEx delays. We do not submit change of addresses with the shipping company once an order has been shipped. Arrangements to forward/re-route a package once shipped and delivered is the responsability of the customer. If a customer needs a change in destination they must contact a person at the place the item was delivered and have the package re-shipped at the customer's expense. If you have any questions about a UPS delivery exception, please contact UPS at 800-742-5877. Packages will only be shipped to the original shipping address provided at the time of the order. UPS is authorized to adjust for an address variation on their end at the time of delivery, but not per a customer's request. All orders returned due to undeliverable, refused at delivery or re-routed back to the warehouse are subject to a 25% restocking fee, a $10 UPS service charge and no refund of the shipping fees. Please ensure that the shipping address entered is correct and the shipment will not be refused at delivery. Returns and RMAs Return Policy: BatteryFuel™.com will refund the original purchase price of the product only. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please double check your purchase immediately after receiving to ensure it is in good working condition and the correct item that was ordered. If there is a discrepancy with the order or product contact BatteryFuel™ at support@batteryfuel.com within 2 business days with a description of the problem. This will give you time to request an RMA within the required return time of 15 days from the order's received date. Please view information below for details on requesting an RMA number and returning an item. Warranties are not valid if any label is removed or if the battery pack has been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected, overcharged or misused in anyway. Manufacturer warranties do not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse. We reserve the right to test any battery and product prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. All batteries and adapters are shipped direct from the warehouse. Our products are manufactured in large quantities, and are spot checked for defects. Occasionally, a bad battery or adapter will get through and ship to a customer. If you need to return an item please follow the procedures below. Batteries and other BatteryFuel™ products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the order's received date. An RMA request must be filed within 15 calendar days (This excludes manufacturer warranty) of the order's received shipping date. No return requests will be accepted after 15 calendar days from the received shipping date except for warranty returns. Once your RMA number has been issued, you will have 15 calendar days to return the item to the warehouse. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories as well as the authorized Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) clearly written on the outside of the package. There are two classifications of RMAs: Seller Oversight: Customer Oversight: (Buyers Remorse) Return and Exchange Procedures If you have a concern about a purchase and believe you need to return a product please email us at support@batteryfuel.com and request an RMA number. CLICK HERE FOR RMA REQUIREMENTS. BatteryFuel™ requires written documentation of a return request explaining the possible problem with the product so we may assist in helping the best we can. An incomplete explaination of any concerns may circumvent the need for a return, so please provide detail information. An RMA number and instructions will be asigned and sent to the requesting customer via email within 24-48 hours, M-F or the next business day if on a weekend or holiday. If a return is needed once this return request is made, an RMA number will be sent in an email with instructions on how to return the item and where to ship the product. **RMA requests for customer oversight or buyer's remorse are not eligable for returning once the 15 days from the date of item received date has passed.
